Siamo Arrivati, the Italian music production company owned by Marisa de Filippis, is acquiring control of the global operations and all the assets of IL LOKO Assets. It will assume that control from Dubai, where it runs its own global operation, and will administer the assets worldwide.

In a second move, Marisa de Filippis will assume control of IL LOKO Management, also known as IL LOKO Holdings, under the supervision of Chris S. Marte.

Dominican artist Luigui Bleand created IL LOKO Management and works with Siamo Arrivati as a producer. On illokomngt.io, IL LOKO Management presents itself as a technology and business-development company that creates custom technologies, expands products, grows sales, introduces companies to new markets and works with the entertainment industry.

Incorporated in London in June 2025, the company operates between Milan, Miami and Dubai. It introduced its technology division, IL LOKO Technologies, on 2 September 2026.

Based in Milan, Siamo Arrivati is working on new recordings at Universal Music Studios in the city. Separately, it is negotiating possible acquisitions of music catalogues and rights. The other parties have not been named, and none of those negotiations has concluded.

The acquisition and those talks place Siamo Arrivati within a wider current in the music business. Whoever controls the rights to a song, and administers them, collects what that song earns each time it is streamed, broadcast or played in public. That position now draws institutional investors, and the market beneath it keeps growing.

IFPI, which represents the recording industry worldwide, found in its Global Music Report 2026 that global recorded music revenues rose 6.4% to US$31.7 billion in 2025, the 11th consecutive year of growth. Royalties for creators have grown as well: CISAC, the international confederation of authors’ and composers’ societies, reported in November 2025 that its 228 member societies collected a record €13.97 billion in 2024.

Capital has followed. In April 2026, Primary Wave Music announced US$2.225 billion in commitments for its fourth music IP fund, from insurance companies, pension funds, endowments and large family offices.

Securitisation points the same way. The rating agency KBRA reported in May 2026 that issuance of the music-royalty asset-backed securities it rated exceeded US$3.3 billion in both 2024 and 2025, linking the sector’s growth to “strong investor demand for recurring cash flows”.

Deal prices show what buyers pay for that income. M&A adviser Shot Tower Capital found that typical music-publishing deals in 2024, excluding iconic assets valued above US$200 million, averaged 16.1 times net publisher share, the yearly income a publisher keeps after paying songwriters. Billboard reported the findings in April 2025.

Dubai, the seat of Siamo Arrivati’s global operation, lies in one of recorded music’s fastest-growing regions: revenues in the Middle East and North Africa rose 15.2% in 2025, according to IFPI. In the United Arab Emirates, the Collective Management in Music Guide, adopted under Ministerial Resolution No. 136 of 2026, sets fees for music used by hotels, restaurants, malls, airlines, radio and television. The fees take effect in December 2026.

Terms were not disclosed for either move. Universal Music Group, Universal Music Studios and the organisations whose figures are cited above are not parties to them. No agreement arising from the catalogue and rights negotiations has been announced.
